18 – Introduction to Imam Malik & His Muwatta | Mufti Ismail Moosa

This Ramaḍān intensive endeavours to present an overview of Imām Mālik’s life and his Muwaṭṭa, including a detailed study of the first few āḥadīth from it.

- Who was ʿAṭāʾ ibn Yasār (عطاء بن يسار)?

- The teachers of ʿAṭāʾ ibn Yasār (عطاء بن يسار)

- Why was this ḥadīth narrated as Mursal?

- Why the Prophet (peace be upon him) remained silent when the person asked a question.
